Morning squad

(The accountability option)

Do you find it hard to stick to things when you start? This is the membership for you. We only take 10 members at a time and you are fully accountable to me and the rest of the squad. We turn up together on zoom x4 a week. Its like having your best mates and your PT with you in your house every morning. We laugh, sweat and cheer each-other on. This is a fully comprehensive full body 4 week program. Each week you will join 4 live 45 min workouts. If you are unable to make the live session you will have access to the recording to do in your own time.
