Class types

  • Strength lower body

    Focussed on building muscle and sculpting your lower body.

  • Sculpt Upper body

    This low impact class builds muscles and helps create tone whilst taking the pressure of creaky joints. Inspired by pilates I am always hearing how surprised people are by the results from this slower pace.

  • Breathe and connect

    We take the pace down a level with these sessions. We focus on stretching, connecting with breath and mobility. Some sessions have a strong focus on core strength. These are not to be missed and form an important part of our weekly schedule!

  • Sweat n Punch

    This is your time to go wild! This high-intensity, high paced HiiT training will get your BURNING! We turn up, we get the music loud and we really enjoy ourselves in these sessions!

  • Full Body HiiT and Upper

    These full body HiiT sessions give you a great cardio and strength workout in one. Focussing on the upper-body for strength and the full body for HiiT you will need some stamina and some dumbbels or weights

  • Mamma Fitness

    This series provides a really safe and effective way to train through pregnancy and beyond. All workouts are safe for any stage in pregnancy and different options are given throughout to adapt to your needs. We focus on building your core throughout all our exercises and maintaining strength throughout pregnancy and post-natally.

  • Express 20 min HiiT

    This is your go to place when your short of time and wants a good sweaty session. We have bodyweight classes and classes with weights.

Personal Training

If working out with others does not vibe with you then our private 1-2-1 studio or online is just the ticket. We like to work hard during private sessions but smiling and enjoying the workout is just as important. We have limited availability for one-to-ones but drop us a message and we can let you know if we currently have space.
