Pregnancy and post-birth are incredible times in our lives. Growing little human beings is amazing but it is not without its pressures. Lack of sleep, reflux, allergies, colic babies, tiredness and still wearing maternity clothes can get us down a bit. Taking the time to recovery from birth and focus on rebuilding core strength are so important.


Having been through three pregnancies myself I understand the pressures all too well. Our classes are designed to arm you with the knowledge of exercises you can do at home or in the gym to rebuild your strength and conditioning post-pregnancy. Whether joining a specialist class or embarking on a personal training programme it is so important to spend the time rebuilding your confidence to train again after pregnancy.
